Real Estate Update

   As you will see the April report from REIN is consistent with     

   comments presented in previous posts:

     Home Sales are stuck in neutral in the initial months of 2014.

    The very good news is that distress homes are down and are less 

     impactful on home sales.

     Read for history but know that May's report will be much

     improved simply due to weather improvements.  Personally, I 

     have seen a direct correlation between weather and improved

     listing and sale activity.

Home Sales Expected to Increase through 2014

Very encouraging news.

Below is a graph noting expected home sales in the next year or so.

Is the rise in home sales impressive??

So now is not the time to wait....improved sales could mean rising prices and likely rising interest rates.  

Now is the time to act!!!!
