Finding the Right Home

Ready to Find Your Next Home???

Whether your 1st home or your 4th home

                                   Whether you seek a $100,000 or a $1,000,000 Home

You must clearly define the home sought

Start with the basics:

  1.  Size of Home:             1500 sq. ft. to 2000 sq.ft
  2.  Size of Lot/Yard:         .5 acre or larger
  3.  Number of Bedrooms: 4 or more
  4.  Number of Baths:        2 or more
  5.  Style:                          Ranch homes only
  6.  Price Range:                $200,000 to $300,000                                                                                    (Bank Pre-approval required)
  7.  Distance from Work     Less than 30 minutes
  8. Time Frame                  Within 6 months
  9. Preferred School or area
                                 Chesapeake or  Virginia Beach

Define the "preferred" features:
  1. Fenced Back Yard
  2. 1st Floor Laundry
  3. 2 Car Garage
  4. Woods or Lake behind home
  5. Close to Interstate System
  6. Close to Grocery Store
  7. Name your preference...could go on forever.
Obviously, some preferred features could be on your required list and vice versa.  Yet, the preparation to define the home sought is the key!!!

Eliminate wasting time in looking at homes you can't afford or that fail to meet your expectations!!!

Without a doubt, one's need to move is motivated by a change in life circumstance:  New Job, Newly Married, Newly Divorced, Downsizing, Upsizing as family is growing, ect.

Thus, it is key to get the right home for the needs you must meet.
