What Home Buyers Want Most in Their New Homes

Need to Sell this Spring??

I know I keep providing more insights on prepping your home for sale.   I have a saying used frequently with buyers and sellers:  "If you start right, you'll end right".

In selling a house, one starts right by thinking like a buyer:

                          What would draw your attention to buy a house?

                           What would see that would cause you to:
                                           Think twice about buying?

                                            Wonder about how well the house was maintained?

                                             Consider how much work to "make it how you could live in it"?

                                             Walk away...fast?

                                 What would be your first impression of your house?

Considering these broad questions and other that may occur if a seller takes a look from the buyer's perspective,  a seller would begin to start right.
