         Really no surprise here!!!

        Though the sales have been down each month from the prior month, each month smashed the 2012 results for the same month.  Thus, the seasonality of the real estate year is evident but the beat goes on!

             2014 should really be a great year to move!!!

Home Sales Expected to Increase through 2014

Very encouraging news.

Below is a graph noting expected home sales in the next year or so.

Is the rise in home sales impressive??

So now is not the time to wait....improved sales could mean rising prices and likely rising interest rates.  

Now is the time to act!!!!
