On October 1st, the funding fee paid on VA Loans available to active and retired Military personnel have been reduced.

Translation:  It is now less expensive to buy a home for any and all of our brave Military heroes!!

It is absolutely wonderful and timely!!  Low interest rates and competitive home prices coupled with lower loan costs.

The details:

             First-time use reduced from
                        2.15% to 1.4%

             Subsequent use reduced from
                         3.3% to 2.8%
