Not every where does it feel like Spring. And if it does and you are in the Midwest, you might need to let the water recede a bit.
Spring's cool days may not inspire you for all of these projects(if needed at your home). Yet, you might find the coolness perfect for replacing windows and doors, cleaning out attics or garages or even deep cleaning the house before the heat of Summer.
I would hate to see you suffering in a not air-conditioned home in July while the windows are replaced or rooting about in the attic to make a bit of room.
