To A Better Patio
In showing homes, one of the least attractive features of many homes in the back yard, especially the patio.
Frequently, my clients and I find a 10 x 10 slab of concrete adjacent to a rear exit with grass or weeds spread to infinity or the neighbor's fence. All I can say "Look a blank slate that you can make your own!"
