With the bit warmer temperatures of February, many people begin to think of Spring.
It is quite natural, especially if you have dealt with sub zero or near sub zero temps. Even temperatures in the 30's will make one think of the daffodils and crocuses that will hearld Spring.
With the Spring, Easter, Spring Weddings and so many reasons to entertain begin to arise. Thus, it is a great time to think about those parts of the house that "need refreshing".
