No Anxiety Remodeling

No Anxiety
Remodeling

Fact
or
Fiction

You might wonder why I subtitled this post "Fact or Fiction".
Have you ever remodeled a bathroom or did a major kitchen upgrade?

If not, you may not have a sound point of evaluation for this query.
Frankly, anxiety is the name of the game in remodeling one's house.

Whether it is in selecting the "right" contractor or agreeing that this is the right way to spend the money or fretting that the granite color won't go with the cabinets let alone the back splash chosen.

Remodeling can be stressful for these and a hundred more reasons due to the simple fact that people are involved with decisions that are expensive to get wrong the first time.

Yet, I found this article via Houselogic's newsletter on the six ways to relieve the stress in remodeling one's home.   I know it will help you not to strangle your mate or room mate when selecting the grout for the tile shower.

I got to guess these six "secrets of success" have to apply to remodeling your office or company space also.

Live longer....read this article and reduce the stress in your life.

Bathroom Redos

The Source of the Source
Bathroom Makeover

Often, as a Realtor, I remind clients that I am not an all knowing expert.   Though I can be my clients and even your trusted Real Estate Advisor that can provide all need data, advice, insight, experience and knowledge as relates to their and your home purchase or home sale, I won't ever attempt to say I am qualified to answer questions that a home inspector, contractor or other professionals involved in the home buying or home selling process.

I can be the "Source of the Source", linking you to very qualified, customer centric resources.  The same is true on data related city, county, school and other such points of interest which requires me to be the "Source of the Source".   You are always satisfied!!!

And such is the need today as I am no expert on Bathroom Makeovers.   But John Rina, the author of the attached article, has written articles and books on home improvement topics.  Thus, I want to share his blog post on ways to love your bathroom!!!
